How to loose 20 pounds and man boobs in 3 weeks?

Hi im 5 8 and weigh 225 and need to loose 20 pounds before school which is 3 weeks, i have man boobs and dont want to be jiggling like a bowl of jello in pe so what should i do please help!!!!!!!!!!

P.s. Dont give me stuff like eat a balanced diet or somthing, and dont say its impossible because its not please help, im open to crash diets too!

Here"s what you need to do to Lose Man Boobs…


1. Start adding Turmeric into your Diet. Turmeric is a spice (in the ginger family). It"s been used for hundreds of years and is totally safe. Im 14 and i weigh 195 pounds. I have huge man boobs. I am trying to lose them with cardio but i have to much asthma. Whats better to lose manboobs . Benchpress or push up. And how is one better then the other. If benchpress which one.

Getting rid of my man boobs

Hey, I am an extremely healthy 17 year old, but I have man boobs. They have only appeared in the last couple of years. Im fairly healthy and have a 32" waist. It"s nothing serious. I do have some muscle in my chest but there is more fat there. My friends ofter make gestures. When it comes to wearing clothes because I am so skinny my chest shows up more and it feels embarassing walking around in town


Is there any way or any exercies I can do to get rid of them or possibly reduce the size. I wouldnt say they are big but they just stand out. Any help?
