How can I lose 10 pounds in 30 days?

Pills don"t work and I don"t want any links to websites that make you pay for stuff etc. Please can I just be given a meal and exercise plan free of charge? I am desperate to lose this weight fast and keep it off because I have a special occasion coming up. Thank you so much if you can help!
