Try to get moving between 30-60 minutes a day, or 60 minutes every other day, or 5-6 times a week. Do cardio to torch calories and burn fat, so activities like power walking, jogging, running, biking, swimming, elliptical, etc. You can also get some really great workout dvds (whatever youre interested in- kickboxing, dance, etc.) you can get some great dvds at walmart for only like $9

as for a diet plan, eating plenty of fruits and veggies is a good start. Cut out all junk food, soda, and "empty calories" (foods with high calorie counts but very low in nutrition). Eating oatmeal or a serving of cold cereal with reduced fat milk is a good breakfast option. Lunches that have protein- so chicken with vegetables, or tofu stir fry is a good midday option to help ward off hunger (protein does that). Dinners should be the lowest calorie meal of the day, so a salad with a small portion of chicken or a small side of pasta with vegetables and tomato sauce are great options. Make sure to keep all your portions small. And try to have two (under 150 calorie) snacks each day. Greek yogurt, 100 calorie packs, and fruit are all super options.

I can help :))

the key t losing weight is boosting your metabolism :)) i"m freaking serious

no matter how much exercise you do …it will not help!! At least not unless

u have patience and perseverance and will

which most people don"t and just give up..

My tip..1-drink 3 mugs of green tea a day for a month(that in itself will make u lose weight even if u don"t change ur diet)

2-eliminate these things from your diet (bread, macaroni, soda, fast food)

3-drink 2 liters of ice cold water a day(trust me on this one)

2 liters may seem like allot of water but if u just fill a 2 liter bottle and keep it beside you and sip from it every few minutes it"ll be gone..and the fact that it"s cold makes utr body work extra hard to warm it up therefore burning calories plus it"ll make u feel more full

4-chew gum all day

5-eat less in general..but never skip breakfast..anything else but breakfast

becaouse when u sleep ur body has already gone so much time without food if you skip breakfast ur body will go into horde mode the reat of the day because it thought u were starving so it has to save fat and stop burning..lowering ur metabolism…thats why they say eat many small meals throughout the day..

6-never eat till u feel full

7-don"t ever eat anything 3 hours before u sleep

8-eat lots of protein!(meat,chicken,eggs,fish etc.)

9-always daydream about ur ideal weight ..and in a good way

be positive ..like don"t imagine it and feel like it"s never gonna happen

imagine it and feel like u already got it…feel that happy

do all that for a month a swear u"ll lose weight..i promise

u have my word

and just to be fit do these exercises

30 rep crunches 2-3 sets a day (for ur stomach

20 rep crunches 3 sets a day and thighs -vital places need to be toned)

do allot of cardio(look it up if u don"t know it)

if it gets ur heart pumping fast…then it"s working..it"s also known to burn fat

hope this helps you.

Is this a healthy and fast fat burning diet plan?

Wake up and drink a bottle of water and eat a fruit or veggie

*bike ride 2 or 3 miles

*drink another bottle of water and eat a fruit and veggie

*swim and tan for around 1 to 1 1/2 hours

*drink another bottle and eat yogurt/veggie/fruit/or something light

*clean some of the house

*drink more water

*eat dinner (my parents make big fattening dinners so eat a little less)

*relax for an hour or 2

*do 20 situps before bed.

Is that healthy and will it work.

It really depends on what you"ve been doing in the past. If you were eating 3 huge meals a day prior to this and doing no exercise at all, this is probably overkill.

If you were eating the same and simply not doing any exercise, then this is a reasonable, good plan.

Whatever you do, make sure you go with something you know is sustainable. Don"t overburden yourself. You want to make a plan that you can stick to for a long period of time. Even if it"s slight changes in your diet, if you can stick to it, you"ll achieve so much more than a ridiculous plan that you won"t be able to stand for more than a couple days.
