I need help losing weight?

Ok im 13 5"5" weight 155lb"s and want to weight 135 or 140 in 2 months I have a workout plan i eat 1,500 calories and i justed wanted to see if my workout plan is effective. When i say biggest loser workout that means lvls 1 and 2 which is a total of 30 mins of high intensity training both with bob and jillian.


Monday: 5 minute warmup/jog – Biggest loser workout


Tuesday: 5 minute warmup/jog – Biggest loser workout level 1 – 5 reps of 10 on all basic muscle groups


Wednesday: 5 minute warmup/jog – Biggest loser workout


Thursday: Mile run – 5 reps of 10 on all basic muscle groups


Friday: Warmup – Biggest loser workout


Saturday: I do chores and play and stuff


Sunday: Rest day :)


If i repeat this 8 times (2 months) about how much will i lose

If you can get a probable amount that i will lose if i give you more info ( leg, arm and waist measurements-and bodyfat %) i will find out and give you.

All recommendations and suggestions are accepted.

BTW I have cut out soda and junk food and i eat tons of fruit cause i just like the natural taste better than processed candy i dont know why lol. Well thanks.

7 Dance Out Do Salsa,tango, swing ,hip-hop dancing etc. Anyone can do it,keep in mind you are dancing to increase your physical activity, so there is no pressure on how well you perform dance. Who knows you might even learn a cool dance move or two

Losing weight for summer?

Disclaimer: im 14 and im 5"6, i dont weigh myself:).. Im looking to lose all of my weight for my holiday so i have 4 months and a few days. I want to tone and lose weight because I am a bit bigger than a lot of girls my age. So how can I? What can I do to lose as much weight as I can in 4 months? Also, my mum makes meals that are really unhealthy and often gets takeaways but then i have nothing i can eat? What can I do about this? I was thinking of cutting out everything (snacking etc) unless its a meal and only eating healthy meals. Would this be effective? I also zumba twice a week for an hour and will be starting the Jillian michaels 30 day shred, though what can I do when the 30 days is over? I plan on starting tomorrow:)

You have to control your fat intake and therefore you must know how much fat is in every food. Also cut back the wheat products. Diet is key to weight loss.

Also do cardio 3-4 hours per week to speed up fat burning.

What is a good fat burning/weight loss workout?

So I am 18 years old, 6"3 and weight about 210 pounds. And I"m a girl. I"m not overly over weight but I want to see myself reach at least 165 to be completely in a healthy zone. I am active and play of sports like basketball/volleyball but I have no ideal way to get this weight off properly and for good. Honestly, I am just tired of carrying these pound. It been around for a while and I"m ready for change. I am about a size 31 for pants and a M/L for shirts. But like I said Im ready to drop to maybe a size 28 and just a medium for shirts. If you have any good work out circuits/ meal plan it would be great to get some tips, I know its gonna take time, but the faster would be better!! :)
