There is no such food or drink that will burn belly fat. You CANNOT burn fat in one part of your body alone, spot training for fat reduction is bogus and a total myth.


There is only one way to rid belly fat……proper diet, low in fats and cardio, cardio and cardio!!

Those principles are drinking plenty of water every day (1-2 gallons a day….forget the popular 8 glasses a day!), getting plenty of sleep every night (7-9 hours is recommended), cardio exercise, weight training exercise (even more important than cardio, since muscle burns fat faster and even through out the day), and proper dieting.

The amount of meals you should eat is 4-6 meals a day. The reason for eating more meals than what you usually would (3 or sometimes 2), is that you will be increasing your metabolism by keeping it running strong. The more healthier your metabolism is, the more your body will automatically burn calories…even while you sleep!


You obviously would start with breakfast (never skip breakfast), and then eat every 2-3 hours afterwards. The best way to stay consistent with eating 4-6 meals a day, is to pre-plan and/or pre-cook your meals the day before. That way, when you wake up in the morning, you"re good to go. You then will not have any excuses for missing meals, or end up eating something you should not.

You cannot burn fat in targeted areas. You have to lose body fat all around your body you cannot just target the area that you want to burn fat in.
